Too many people live their lives in despair.

Not sure about this? Think back to a time when you got something you had longed for over a period of time; something you really wanted something badly. I bet before you got it all you could think of was how fabulous it would be with it in your life and it seemed like it was all you thought of? Can you think of such a thing? See the link?
Now think of a time when all you could think of was how bad something or someone was. Perhaps you wished your partner would be more loving and all you could think about was what they were not doing. I bet they continued to do just what you didn't want them to?
So if we are focusing on what we don't have or don't want in our lives, guess what? we will get more of them.
So instead lets choose to focus on what is right with our life, the people we love, what we enjoy doing, what we have. Rather than on what may be wrong or what we don't have.
It is incredible how when we do this we attract more into our lives of what is good, people who give more, more of what we want.
It all sounds too easy doesn't it? I get it. I struggled with this for a long while before I learnt how to focus more on what I wanted and saw how that led me to act in such a way as to get it.
